Area 3 Agency on Aging - (SW Idaho AAA)
The Southwest Idaho Area 3 Agency on Aging (SW Idaho AAA) provides leadership, advocacy, planning coordination and evaluation for all aging services. The SW Idaho AAA designs, develops, and maintains comprehensive, coordinated, community based senior services for Southwest Idaho, which assists elders in leading independent, meaningful and dignified lives.

Mandate:
Under the Federal Older Americans Act, the SW Idaho AAA is responsible for the development for a comprehensive and coordinated system of services for the population over 60 years of age. The SW Idaho AAA also provides program development and coordination and serves as the leader, chief advocate, and focal point for aging services in Southwest Idaho.
